- CChrisScranton / Poconos •1 review4.0Dined 7 days agoThe staff is friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable of the menu. They work in unison like a finely tuned clock. The food was exceptional and quickly prepared. My rack of lamb was done to perfection and my wife described her lobster ravioli as ‘fantastic’. One negative was the large group of women that was seated near us that had apparently never had the concept of indoor voices explained to them. We will definitely be returning as the food and service negate the occasional rude patron.More infoMangia Bistro and BarPrice: Moderate• Italian• Scranton•4.6
