Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in Barrio Logan

Food and service were outstanding. We had a reservation for 4 but by the time we arrived we needed to another one more. OperaCaffee accommodated our request without any problems. We ordered a variety of pasta dishes (Ravioli Fattore, Ravioli Boscailoa, Fettucine Alfredo, Gnocchi Asiago Cacio & Pepe) and Caesar salads that were all excellent. The wine list includes reasonably-priced bottles (Reds starting at $38). Tiramisu and cannoli were delicious. Our server was helpful and knowledgeable about the food and wine. Definitely recommended.

We had the five-course tasting menu with the wine pairings and both were superb.

I was with friends celebrating 2 birthdays -- our dinners and service were excellent, although the prices are somewhat expensive and everything is a la carte which can rapidly increase one's bill. However, it was a special event and well worth the splurge. I think our server was Jennifer or Jenny, and she was terrific as were the other wait staff. It was nice that my friends whose birthdays we were celebrating, were each able to select a complimentary dessert for their special day, vs. given a specific dessert for the celebration which is what many restaurants do.

staff was so caring and on it, we weren’t even there for 30 minutes before we got our main course and the whole restaurant was packed. they made sure to do something for the birthday we were celebrating and made sure to sit us out in a good location! 10/10 would recommend. food was absolutely INCREDIBLE

One of us has mobility issues and need to use a scooter. We eat early to avoid crowds. The staff was incredibly nice about getting the scooter off of the street and parked out of the way. On top of that, the food was really good. Service was also outstanding even after the good impression with the scooter. It really helps that it was before the evening rush, but you would be surprised how often the service is poor just before the dinner rush.
