Best Fine Dining Restaurants in California Hotel & Casino

We had a reservation for 7PM, got sat within five minutes of the reservation time. They were turning all walk ins away because they were completely booked. All of the food was absolutely delicious. Cooked to perfection. Our waiter Alfred was charming and diligent, everything just as we asked and checked in on us every time we were served (we ordered a lot of dim sum). The woman helping to refill waters and bus the tables was a complete machine, my water was never empty and watching her clear our dishes and the tables around us was truly impressive. We went for food of the highest quality, but what really makes me want to go back is the service we received. My girlfriend and I agreed that it probably was the best dining experience we’ve ever had.

Our party of 4 was outside on the patio for Valentine’s Day. While it was a little chilly at first the staff was nice and brought heaters for us. Unfortunately a windstorm hit and wouldn’t let up and that affected our dinner service and it’s hard to rush food of that quality and wine. The staff did their best with the circumstances that arose. While it created a memorable dinner, it was too rushed and everything was ice cold.

Another great night at Vic’s. The entertainment was top notch! The staff are happy to see us and adequately attentive. The food was good, but significantly over-salted. Maybe this was the chef’s day off or the top fell off the salt container and it all dumped into the braised pork AND the skirt steak. This was the only blemish on a great evening. Be careful if you are on a reduced salt diet or just prefer to taste the food you ordered.

We had a wonderful experience at Gordon Ramsey- Steak! We arrive early for our reservation and were accommodated earlier than expected. Corbrett gave us a quick tour of the place, which was lovely! This restaurant has a great history and a fun atmosphere. We requested to be seated next to each other; the restaurant delivered! We got the perfect table in a perfect spot. The drinks, food, and dessert were excellent!—From the beef tartare, the veal, the chicken—to the toffee dessert and drinks—delicious and presented beautifully. The service was also excellent! Thank you for a fantastic evening.

We had family from out of town today and we found out about the restaurant through word of mouth. Very well worth it. Definitely will recommend it again.
