Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Castleton / Keystone Crossings

This is our favorite place to celebrate our special days. We drive 2 hours to come. The food and service are unbeatable!

Ruth’s Chris is our go to for special occasions for a reason and this visit did not let us down. The food is always outstanding. Tender steaks, fresh salads, and fries as crispy as potato chips. You can’t leave hungry. What makes this place our go to however, isn’t the food. The service is outstanding every single time. Our server, Jimmy, was perfectly attentive. Our drinks never ran dry, our bread never ran out, and he was at our table before we even knew we needed him. He has been our server previously and he delivers consistently phenomenal service that makes us look forward to our next special night out. I can’t recommend Ruth’s Chris highly enough for anyone looking for a fantastic meal in a romantic space with outstanding service.

Happily surprised by our brunch! We heard you go for the vibes…the food is ok…but our experience was quite different…the food was just as fabulous as the esthetics!!!!!! We arrived at the estate and of course were blown away! We explored the showrooms and loved everything we saw. Then we moved to the absolutely gorgeous dinner room!! The styling was impeccable with stunning views. Our server quickly greeted us and was wonderful offering us suggestions and answering our questions. The servers were more than attentive without being overbearing. The food was fabulous! Everyone in my party was blown away with the quality of the food and how quickly it all came out. Our cocktails were also fabulous! We were honestly completely blown away with our experience and are absolutely planning on coming back for dinner. 

Olivia was lovely, attentive, engaging and every course was timed perfectly. She told the chef it was my birthday and a gorgeous banana walnut cake arrived, compliments of the staff. Thank you for a memorable evening!

One of the best Happy Hours in town, with all day specials on Thursday. The food is fantastic, I’ve posted before their calamari is our favorite and their drink specials includes many premium cocktails and nice wine. Add to that servers who do a great job checking in frequently and you have the 5 star experience. Thanks to the entire team at Ocean Prime!! Well Done.
