Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment.     We have been a number of times to the Ambassador Training Restaurant and again it didn't disappoint. We all felt that out waiter Ben had served us a few months prior and we were impressed with his increased confidence and demeanour. The food was excellent as seems usual. We will look forward to repeating our experiences at a future date. Thanks to the teachers and staff who have contributed to this excellent experience.

    The food quality, the environment, and the service are very good. The price is reasonable for the quality of food. The down side is the one hour time limit on ordering food and 1.5 hours staying limit. It is quite rush for gathering with friend. Overall is good.

    Repeat customer Booked 1900pm on a Saturday night, arrived on time, was seated promptly and politely Wagu beef with duck butter potatoes outstanding Beers cold, margarita perfect Waiter & waitress (Inga?) excellent service without seeming to hover Locals (and blow ins) do yourself a BIG favour and give Sputini a go - you wont regret it!!!!!

    We love coming to Iluka. It’s always consistently good. Food is delicious and staff are lovely. We took friends for their first time and they loved it. I highly recommend.
