The Bower Manly is a locally owned and operated business, with a passionate Northern Beaches based crew. We had always wanted to open a restaurant, but never imagined we’d find one in such a perfect location. Our key focus is providing good quality food using the freshest produce, and friendly staff to compliment the stunning yet relaxed setting of Cabbage Tree Bay. The menu changes on a regular basis, to reflect seasonal produce using both local and organic growers wherever possible - serving up coastal cool alfresco vibes. The Bower is a local's favourite, serving up some of the best coffee in Manly with arguably the best view of Shelly Beach. Join us for brekky, brunch, lunch or cocktails, seven days a week, or grab takeaway on your way down to the beach. Join us in our newest addition at Pittwater - Glasshouse Grill. Our bespoke kitchen has 2 natural coal grills. The signature cast iron grill and the Josper grill, which was imported from Spain where Josper has mastered the art of cooking with coal and wood. We exclusively use Ebony Black Angus across our menu which is produced from carefully selected prime quality Black Angus cattle. Along with our decadent menu of fine selections, we also have a range of starters that are perfect to share, fresh pastas, pizzas and a range of classic meals. Our seasonal menu is bursting with flavour, our Chefs use fresh regional produce sourced as locally and organically as possible, selected for flavour and sustainability, prepared with minimum fuss so that their natural quality shines through...you’ll certainly be spoilt for choice.

Two brothers from the beaches set out with a goal to bring their take on American Deli style food to Sydney. Their artisan flavours are completely unique whilst still incorporating the classic New Yorker Deli techniques and experience.By using only the best free range and barley fed beef from Tasmania the boys have been recognised for their 12 hour smoked pastrami (the magic is in their signature salt brine consisting of 18 spices and original TBD's pastrami rub) along with their one of a kind slow cooked corned beef brisket and cold smoked pastrami lox. The boys are best known for their famous Reuben, smoked pork Cubano, the OG Corned beef sandwich, New Zealand Ora king salmon lox, homemade Russian dressing, Memphis style BBQ sauce and their original fermented hot sauce range.

    What a magical spot. Hidden in the backstreets of Manly East and with a view to literally kill for, this little spot is such a refreshing gem to sit and escape. I had the Bower Burger which was perfect (quite huge actually) with crispy chips and cooked to perfection. My friend had fish & chips which was the 2nd time he'd ordered that there and reported that it was absolutely delicious. The menu is small but very well done. Coffee is excellent too. We enjoyed some wines which were chilled and promptly served. The staff were mostly from the UK and were super friendly. It's such a great place to sit and watch the world go by (and a few whales & dolphins if you're lucky too). I've had breakfast here too on a few occasions and that was superb as well. They do sunset drinks over the summer period and it's well worth the visit on a nice evening.

    We had our seating available on our desired time with our menus ready to browse what we would like to order .After placing our orders at the counter it was very prompt getting our starters & mains arrived just as we would have liked making timing perfect.
