Best Restaurants for Afternoon Tea in Charlton

I’ve been to Sweet Marie’s before, but this time with a 7-year old birthday girl. It was a magical experience for both of us, right down to a little candle for her on one of the sweets. The image of her drinking tea and enjoying the traditions and lovely atmosphere will stay with me always. We are both excited to visit your new location!

I love Vintage Tea and Cake! It's a charming, warm and friendly setting for gathering with friends and enjoying a calm, delicious break over lovely finger sandwiches, scone with clotted cream and strawberry jam, and delicious sweet treats. Plus an extensive variety of teas and bubbles, if you wish! I warmly recommend Vintage Tea and Cake!

This was a great tea room. The food was delicious. Lots of interesting teas to choose from. I only am able to eat gluten free and my food was every bit as good as my friends. It’s very quiet on Friday and parking is a breeze. I suspect the weekends are busier.

The accommodations made for my wife's allergies were above and beyond. We did not feel that her multiple allergies negatively impacted our options, there was plenty of variety and it all felt well thought through. Service was very upbeat, conscientious, and personable. Very well done.
