Best Restaurants for Birthdays in La Vista

We were seated even before our reservation. Service was excellent. Food was also great and arrived quickly. We were served biscuits and drinks very timely. Highly recommend.

Been to Kona a few times, I’ve always enjoyed it. This time seemed kinda bland. We ordered the Las Vegas roll and it had a bland and boring taste to it. The biggest thing I gotta bring (forewarning, I’m kinda dumb and don’t know my meats very well and didn’t even notice until I went to eat my left overs) up is that I had ordered the NY Strip with the potato things, but I was given a ribeye with asparagus. It’s no big deal. I still ate it and it was hella tasty. Oh, I skipped over appetizers. Chicken Satay. Hands down the best in Omaha. 69 stars. My date ordered the chicken and shrimp fried rice. It was tasty! With no drinks, I was shocked to see a bill of $150. Will I be coming back? Absolutely. The atmosphere is nice and the waitstaff is top notch. Okay love you.

The only negative out of the entire evening was that it took about 10 minutes to get seated. The food, the space, the ambiance and the value were exceptional.

Always a delicious meal with great service. Today, was a special Valentine’s menu and it didn’t disappoint. We enjoyed the scallops and Wagyu Denver steak! Desserts were scrumptious (berry cheesecake and raspberry beignets with ice cream and caramel sauce). Love this restaurant. We were also pleasantly surprised to see Steven again as our server. He is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Excellent service, food was good. My first time here, but it won't be in regular rotation for our places to visit as it was extremely expensive for a family of 4.
