Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in Bürgel

I started my evening with an extra dry Martini. I mean what else does one order at a restaurant with the name Golden Eye?! We just served in Frankfurt and wanted a rooftop experience, the view at sunset was spectacular. They have a nice outside area but it was a bit too cold to sit there. I'm sure in the warmer weather it's delightful. My cocktail was absolutely perfect. We had the truffle gnocchi with celeriac which was beyond divine followed by branzino over a bed of saffron fennel that somehow felt like a light risotto. For dessert we chose white chocolate brownie which was really an olive oil cake with hazelnuts and pistachios complemented with a fennel sorbet with blood orange slices. The wines were also outstanding. For someone who eats out every week, this was one of the best meals I've had EVER! from the food to the service and ambiance- TRY THIS RESTAURANT TODAY!

It’s a little of track but when we arrived for dinner we’re wowed by the building and ambiance. It’s like a secret you uncover. We came for the schnitzel, but every part of the meal potatoe salad, mash, frites (we love carbs) lentil soup, salad was excellent. The waiter was friendly and wine recommendation was good. Definitely will come back.

Visited Forked Up! yesterday for the first time. Had a really fantastic evening. The food was super delicious, great presentation and amazing flavours. Service was very friendly and attentive, gave us great drinks recommendations and was top notch from first to last moment. The beef tartare was the star for me, though all dishes were exceptional! Will definitely be back.

Excellent food with very pleasant and attentive service
