Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Lahaina

We love Star Noodle! I haven’t found an appetizer or entree that wasn’t delicious yet! Our group of friends always order the pohole salad, miso butterfish, chicken wings, steamed pork buns, bacon and eggs, hapa ramen, garlic noodles, pad Thai, Lahaina fried soup, Singapore noodles, and dim sum. I could keep going! Their desserts are great too. The only thing I would love even more is the option of having stuffed malasadas (with custard) instead of plain ones. That would be heaven for me, personally! The prices are very affordable and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Fantastic overall! Can’t wait to go there again. We’re so glad you reopened! This was the first time we'e been to Honu since the fires and we were so pleased to be back. The food was as excellent as ever, with a great fish special (monchong) which had some unique flavors I don't recall ever experiencing. I understand that much of their remodeling was in the kitchen but the dining room was bright and beautiful. Service was excellent as always. With Lahaina Grill being gone I think Honu is my favorite place on Maui. Oh and we had a spectacular sunset as well.

We made reservations for 5:30…sunset was about 15 minutes later. It was busy as location is perfect for sunset viewing. When we checked in, we were to be seated right away but hostess suggested we wait while a table was cleaned as it had a primo front seating. We did and it was stunning. The waitress, Tiana was fabulous and friendly. The food was delicious. We plan on returning again before we leave Maui.

Love the ambiance, (we could have sat there all day) the live music and food! We went for a late lunch and had tacos and saiman. My daughter loved the tacos.. Korean bbq (?), definitely some spice there, the saiman was not what I expected however my bias should not deter anyone from trying it! The texture of the noodles was lovely, I just wasn’t sure about the broth- not quite pho and not quite ramen, the herb mixture had me confused. We definitely highly recommend the sorbet ♥️. Yum. Our waiter James was amazing, super attentive and friendly, made the lunch even better! Thank you!

Wonderful view, delicious Brunch and as always, excellent service! We had Jose as our Server again, and it was very special being back to Mala in Lahaina Town and seeing our Lahaina Ohana from the Ocean Tavern! I had MY favourite Eggs Benedict on Flax seed bread and my husband built his own amazing X-large Omelet. Jose's greeting, smile and warm personality made my day! I was celebrating 10 years Cancer Free and he made our Brunch a very special moment! See you next year, Mahalo and Aloha
