The Blackbird Bar and Restaurant, at 37-39 Leven Street in the Bruntsfield area of south-west Edinburgh, serves modern Scottish cuisine. It is located close to The Meadows public park, less than 10 minutes by car or taxi from Waverley and Haymarket Railway Stations; Edinburgh Castle and the city centre are around 20 minutes' walk away. Fantastic service, delicious food and great atmosphere. We were greeted by name which was a nice touch and felt very well attended to throughout our meal. We all enjoyed our starters and mains very much as they were cooked to order. Will definitely return on our next visit to Edinburgh.

Really good experience! Service was fantastic, food was amazing, drinks were tasty! Only thing, you feel a little on top of other guests as the venue is quite small. Didn’t ruin the experience at all though. Will be back!!
