- MMaxineGold Coast •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoWe totally loved our dining experience at Blowfish. The menu was incredible, we loved the ambience, the service was great and the food we really enjoyed, plus, we really enjoyed each others company😎 I had really great oysters, which I am obsessed with, I really liked the plates and dishes that things were served on, I enjoyed the service and interactions with everyone, loved meeting the super gorgeous chef Alex too!!! And they were so non fuss about adjusting dishes for me gluten and dairy free!!! I also loved how light the venue is and how airy it is. I can't wait to come back again!! Great job everyone and thanks so much!!!🙌🏽🌟🎉 Thanks so much for opening up in Broadbeach!!!!!A new favourite venue for me!!More infoBlowfish Ocean Grill + BarPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Broadbeach•4.4

- KKalebGold Coast •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoIf you’re looking for a comforting yet elevated dining experience, The Hideaway Kitchen and Bar is worth a visit, especially for their fried rice and dumplings. The fried rice is a standout—perfectly cooked with a balance of smoky, savory flavors that hit just the right note. Each grain of rice is infused with rich seasoning, complemented by tender vegetables and a subtle hint of umami. The dish isn’t overly greasy, which often happens with fried rice, but instead feels light yet satisfying. The addition of protein—whether it’s shrimp, chicken, or pork—only elevates the flavor profile without overpowering the dish. It’s clear that attention to detail goes into every spoonful. The dumplings are equally impressive. With a delicate, yet sturdy, wrapper, they strike the perfect balance between chewy and tender. The filling inside is a delicious mix of finely seasoned meat (or vegetables, depending on your choice), and each bite bursts with flavor. The dipping sauce, a tangy blend with just the right amount of heat, brings the entire dish together. Whether steamed or fried, these dumplings are a must-try and pair wonderfully with the fried rice. Overall, The Hideaway Kitchen and Bar has mastered the art of creating simple yet flavorful dishes that keep you coming back for more. The fried rice and dumplings are a perfect example of how comfort food can be both familiar and exciting with a little creativity and care.More infoHideaway Kitchen & Bar BroadbeachPrice: Moderate• Asian• Broadbeach•4.5
- CCaronvipSydney •10 reviews5.0Dined on 26 Oct 2024Food and service was brilliant, it’s noisy in the restaurant but we knew that before hand. Our only issue was we sat near the main road and the heat and sun was awful even with their blinds down. Will definitely go back but will sit on the other side away from the sun. We were charged 17$ for a birthday brownie we didn’t order and it was a sample, so won’t be mentioning an occasion again.More infoThe Loose MoosePrice: Moderate• Canadian• Broadbeach•4.5
