Owner went round to ensure all guests are happy with food- he explains how to “wrap” gem lettuce leaf around really crisp shrimp if one is bothered by the crispness! And it is so so nice that they added 20 percent to the bill so that it gets distributed to all staff. No more tipping anxiety to ruin an evening. V civilized.
