Mrs. Moat and I had the pleasure of celebrating our 18th wedding anniversary at Mister Charles Dallas. The breathtaking aesthetic upon entry set the perfect tone for our special evening. The culinary offerings were nothing short of spectacular. Each dish was beautifully crafted and overflowing with flavor. What truly made the evening memorable was the impeccable service we received. Rachel, Alika, and Nehemiah were outstanding, ensuring that every detail was taken care of with warmth and professionalism. Their attention to our needs made us feel like we were the only guests in the restaurant, and their recommendations were spot-on.  This evening was a true celebration, and Mister Charles Dallas, along with its phenomenal team, helped create a moment we will cherish forever. Highly recommended for any special occasion.

Happy Friday after thanksgiving! Al’s was packed at630p! Lots of family parties. Bar packed football and basketball games. I had an early dinner! As always , valet greeted me and another opened door of my date. They always accord respect to every patron. Greeted at check in. Told me table would be ready in a bit. Drinks perfect - mahattan and cosmo. Dinner Caesar salad and wedge salads. 10 oz fillet and brocccoli w cheese sour cream and bacon top! Holy cow!!! Get it!!!! A great night. Check out valet and everything went well. the spirit of Mr Al Biernat, will reside for years to come because, he taught his people value of customer service, great food, hospitality, value, service, appreciation of team members and joy to serve each plate each person each night. God welcome Al Biernat and thank you for allowing to convey your wisdom , love and hope in each person in his employ!

Food and service were outstanding Ellie was our server and he was great the entire staff was very friendly and accommodating the wine sommelier was very knowledgeable and provided great service . The General Manager visited our table several times as well as all other tables. They prepared a special dinner for our grand daughter and had a very nice Birthday cake for my wife. The restaurant is very beautiful and very well laid out. Live jazz band was great and the in-house music was upbeat and energetic and perfect Valium level. Over all experience was outstanding definitely will be back and recommend to everyone. Great value. Five stars all the way.

The experience was great! The food and service were outstanding! The desserts, oh my gosh, were incredible. Just go there and enjoy. After an amazing dinner or lunch, you can shop downstairs in the amazing Italian store.
