Best Restaurants for Special Occasions in Las Cruces / Mesilla

I had dinner here this past weekend with family and the service was great as was the overall ambiance. The only issue I had was with the green chile soup as it was initially brought to us cold. I asked our waitress if we could get it reheated and this was done. However after my girlfriend was half way done with hers she began to feel sick and could not finish the soup. The next day both myself and my girlfriend felt extremely sick. Normally this is not the issue at CC as I have ordered the soup in the past and had no issue. It seemed as if the soup may have been earlier through the day and was simply reheated.

As always, host and hostess, wait staff and assistants were wonderful! They made our anniversary evening so memorable. Food was so good, as well as drinks and wine selection. Great anniversary tradition

We had a great meal ... the steaks were excellent, as promised. Two of us had strip steaks and I had a filet mignon. All cooked to perfection. The scallops were just okay, nothing to get excited about. The caesar salad is made in the traditional way, table side (which is fun to watch) and was delicious. Tasty but lightly dressed, the salad was perfection. To end the night we shared bananas foster and pecan pie. Yum! Will definitely be returning.

We were celebrating our parents anniversary and it was a great experience. The food was amazing and delicious. The service was excellent.
