Since our last visit nearly a year ago, Anhelo has changed from a simple dinner menu to a course-based approach. We quite like this approach but while it gives many choices, it is also a bit limiting for the table because everyone is required to select the same course. Granted, there are numerous choices and add-ins but I'm sure it helps simplify things for the kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and experience with Anhelo. The petite course is definitely a lot of food when you consider the bread serving and the formage we added to our dining experience. I wouldn't skip the wine pairing either - they have a tremendous cellar and they paired well with each course. The staff is amazingly coordinated and synchronized throughout the night. Can't say enough about the service and professionalism of everyone. We'll be back!

Finally had a chance to visit for lunch with a colleague. The chopped salad is as good as I remember it from Cowboy Chow. Staff were attentive and friendly.

Delicious creative and very strong drinks! The ambience and sax player and singer were so amazing. The wait staff were wonderful! And we stayed for the Salsa dancing which was so fun! We had a great time and plan to go again
