Best Steak Restaurants in Fairbanks / Northwest Crossing

The food was so delicious and worth the money. The beef tenderloin with mushroom cream sauce was to die for!!!! Great service, nice atmosphere.

Everything was great and the service was phenomenal from greeting to seating to eating. We made a reservation for the bar but when we arrived I requested for seating in the main dining room. It was quickly accommodated and the staff was pleasant and friendly the whole night.

The Valentines dinner was an excellent value with premium choices. We had the quail and oysters as appetizers. The unique creations were delicious. The lamb chops as the main course were larger than normally found at restaurants and cooked perfectly. The parsnip purée was amazing. The scallops were tender and juicy and larger than expected. The deserts followed the exquisite pattern ending our meal knowing we will be back to try the rest of the menu.

The meal was amazing. I had the halibut that was perfectly cooked. The sides were really good. The drinks were great. Beautiful place. Will definitely come here again.

Usually one and done but can’t wait to go back! The food, service and atmosphere was excellent. Compliments to the chef! The menu selection was diverse, from the appetizers to the desserts I was blown away by the execution of each plate. Had the deviled crab, crab fingers, oysters, crab fried rice, gulf snapper, pork schnitzel, and dessert! I definitely recommend for any type of event. The chef took the time to make sure everything was up to standards. Hats off to him and his staff. Wonderful experience.
