Crab cake to start, wife ordered the meatloaf, I had the short rib stroganoff. We had reservations and thankful we thought ahead, the 1330 lunch rush was visible on the weekend. I ordered a bloody mary, only portion of the meal which I thought lacked attention. Manager passed by the table and was very nice!!! Thank you for the Carrot cake, it was phenomenal. Living in Bmore, I don't make many treks to DC to dine, but I was definitely up for the experience. Drinks were great. My friend loved the Dragonfruit Margarita. We both ordered the Chesapeake and while I could see my reflection in my bowl, my girl opted to take hers home. We both got a cocktail, and while they were good, they weren't amazing - which was an expectation we both had. They didn't seem to have enough liquor in them and really mild on flavor. The food however, was great.
