Best Steakhouses in Zion

As always, the ambience was wonderful. Unfortunately, the food was not up to its usual standard. Our steak was a bit too fatty with a touch of gristle (in fairness this is not normal here). We needed to ask three times for our bread, also unusual. Our take is that things are a bit looser on a Sunday night. We have been here a number of times before with all the other occasions being outstanding, so I will conclude this to be a one time slip.

This was our first visit and we really enjoyed it. The setting is great, love the lighting and vibe. The food was really good. We had salad (wedge was so good), soup, steaks and lobster tail. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the mashed potatoes and veggies had so much flavor. Even dessert was great, husband enjoyed the cheesecake and the chocolate covered strawberries I had were delicious. Our server was very nice and attentive. We will definitely be back.

We came up to Eddie Merlot’s last night to celebrate Valentine’s Day with my beautiful wife. Sat at the bar and had a wonderful evening with Sue & Antonio.  Eddie Merlots was as busy as I’ve ever seen it and yet the food came out on time and the service was fantastic! Sue & Antonio they never let you see them sweat!! Tim The general manager, stopped by just to make sure that our evening was meeting the standards. The hostess handed my wife, a beautiful rose, which she loved and cherished. Such a nice touch on Eddie Merlot’s part. I’m telling you you won’t go wrong if you go to Eddie Merlot’s and ask for Sue & Antonio. 

Really nice night - we went for Valentine’s Day - which should have been crazy - the restaurant was full - that said the food was delicious and the service perfect (as usual) - all in all a lovely evening!

Great experience at Gibsons Rosemont. Free valet parking which was very nice. Excellent service. And the food came out perfectly done and delicious. We came as a party of 6 for valentines day and were seated immediately. The place was 100% packed. The only downfall may have been that sitting 6 in a booth was not as comfortable as a table. I think for 6 adults it's a bit tight. We loved that the waiter showed us the raw steaks pre ordering them. It was a lot easier to choose by seeing what you're ordering. Also loved the giant ice cream dessert.
