We came early and were seated at a corner table, so the noise level was comfortable, and we could hear each other talk. The food was excellent - we had several fish dishes and salads. The scrod, salmon, and spinach salad were particularly good. Our waiter was outstanding. We had theatre tickets, and so were time contained. Having not been to 75 Chestnut for some years, I was delighted to see that it was still as inviting as always. The service was attentive and the food delicious - the menu has both classics and newer offerings, with something for everyone. We were not rushed, which was nice since we ended up spending 2+ hours there!
