I’m not a fan of very red meat. Also the variety of meats could have been a little more. No top or bottom sirloin. I get it we were there for “lunch” but a special occasion like Valentine’s Day , they could’ve offered a couple more meats. It is always a difficult choice as to what to order. From the lobster bisque to the wedge salad, steaks, lamb chops desserts. Customer service is second to none. Just attentive enough but not intrusive. Our favorite restaurant. Wherever we travel we look to see if a Capital Grille is nearby.
