Best Kid Friendly Restaurants in Neptune Beach

The restaurant is quite disorganized. It felt dirty, lacked organization, and was clearly understaffed. It's best to go in with low expectations. I sympathize with the wait staff, as they have a challenging job due to the poor management. Our initial waitress was also running the bar, which explains why we waited 10 minutes without any service or menus. We eventually asked another waiter, Zack, to take our order, and he coordinated with the manager to assist us for the rest of the evening. Zack was fantastic and really made up for the dinner. Unfortunately, the kitchen had run out of their "signature" rainbow slider burgers, provided us with a fork for our soup, and didn’t have the large cookies for dessert. However, the food we did receive was excellent. The macaroni appeared oven-baked, the tomato bisque was delightful, and my husband enjoyed his tacos. Still, these positives couldn't balance out the overall disarray. Honestly, if it weren't for Zack, this would have been a truly disappointing experience.

Dinner was amazing as usual. Several of us had the eggplant rollatini which is always one of my favorites, some had the agnolotti and another the radiatori along with caesar salads and we all raved about our selections. They use quality ingredients and fresh seasonings as they do at all Medura brother’s restaurants. We were celebrating 3 birthdays that evening and what made the evening even better was the exceptional service. Melanie was our server and she was outstanding! Very personable, efficient and very committed to making sure we had the best dining experience ever. She made sure all our wines were to our liking and dinners were prepared, along with our splitting some entrees, were perfection. She was also so kind and thoughtful to treat us to a few shareable Midtown Table ice cream, which I must say was unbelievably delicious! We all agreed, based on the description. we would not have ordered it but so glad to have tried it! We will definitely have that again Then to top it off-Melanie managed to accommodate our separate checks with shared items to perfection. Definitely mathematically inclined as well! I eat at Nona Blue often for lunch but tend not to eat out at dinner. Last night I had dinner with a friend and my husband. The lemon chicken was perfect. Nona and the staff (Frank) were very accommodating and we had a lovely evening.

We watched the Super Bowl at Culhanes, had my grandkids with us, 6 adults 2 children. The service and food were excellent, frequently checked on us. The atmosphere was fun and energetic but not chaotic. Two years in a row for the Super Bowl, great job by the Culhane staff.

When we moved to the area from NYC, we looked everywhere for a really good Indian restaurant. We've tried them all in the greater Jacksonville area; this is THE ONE! Wonderful flavors & fragrance and spice levels! Highly recommend for anyone in need of excellent Indian food in northeast Florida.
