- EElaineDerbyshire •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoMenu choices very interesting . At last meals without chips !! Food was excellent in terms of quality of produce, cooking and presentation . Service was polite , helpful , not intrusive , Our guests too were impressed and we will all be back . We did however find wine by the glass rather expensive .More infoThe Barrel InnPrice: Moderate• British• Hope Valley•4.7
- NNatalieLondon •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoI celebrated my birthday here, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, the gentleman at the front greeted me with a cheerful “Happy Birthday,” addressing me by name. We had a private booth, which was fantastic for the occasion. The service throughout the night was excellent, and the staff was friendly. The food was beautiful, delicious, and presented beautifully. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just looking for a top-notch dining experience, I would recommend this place.More infoTemolaPrice: Moderate• Turkish• Harrogate•4.6

- RRooneyLondon •2 reviews4.0Dined on 7 Nov 2024Not as good as previous visits, but has apparently been recently taken over. Very disorganised, no drinks menus available, no knowledge of what was available. Drink spilled when delivering, but no offer to clean it up. Service very slow. The food however was good. Tonic water appeared in a glass, rather than in a bottle with a glass, which I found strange. The gentleman who I presume was the cook was somewhat dishevelled, with dirty clothes - a bit off-putting. Would I return? Possibly, but I think I’ll give them time to ‘settle in’. This place used to be superb, so I’m hoping it will return to that level.More infoThe ShrubPrice: Moderate• British• Brighouse•4.7
