Best Indian Restaurants in Ockham

I took a party of 8 to Roots and we certainly enjoyed a feast - food was excellent and the staff very friendly.

Our second visit. Had the set lunch menu, which is good value. Food was fabulous (quite spicy) and excellent service.

Visited for the first time the Worcester Park restaurant. We booked an early table but the restaurant soon filled up and it was a Wednesday evening so not a peak day. The waiter was really helpful as we weren't sure on the food choiced. We chose a sharing platter starter which was so delicious and cooked beautifully. We then chose a mutton curry and a prawn curry with basmati rice and a roti. Everything was delicious and cooked beautifully. The roti was buttery and flaky and there was just the right amount of food. My other half had a pudding traditional set custard with jaggery which was also very nice, i chose a lychee sangria which was heaven. Really recommend this restaurant the service was great but the food was outstanding and we will definitely make this a regular haunt.

Only disappointment was on booking requested a window seat-this seemed to have been left off our booking and on mentioning it, basically nothing could be done!

The food was outstanding,full of authentic Indian flavor. The ambience was very nice and so was the service from the staff. The owners were very friendly as well. Will definitely recommend.
