- RRikaTampa / Central Florida West •8 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWhat a great dining experience! From the minute we entered to the minute we left, service was impeccable, almost to a fault. My husband and I have potentially the most annoying combination of food allergies, and they did a lot of research to ensure we were not going to be compromised. Monica, our server, was so attentive and genuine and gave us some great recommendations. Ultimately, we had the scallops and the special, which was an American snapper. Both were perfectly cooked and very lightly seasoned so as not to cover up the seafood flavors. My husband even ate and enjoyed the veggies, which is highly unusual for him. Don't leave without trying the Monica's cornbread. So delicious! The wine list was stacked with wines that complement the menu, and the beer list contained the elusive North Coast Scrimshaw, which made our experience all the more enjoyable. The ambiance is fully MCM, which I love! The noise level did increase as the evening went on, but we could still carry on a conversation. You also can't beat the location right across the water. All told, this was a fabulous dining experience, and we will be back soon!More infoJuno & the PeacockPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• St. Petersburg•4.6
- TTeresaTampa / Central Florida West •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoThis was our second time dining at Ulele and it was just as good if not better than the first. Despite it being Valentine’s Day the food and drinks came out in good time and everything we ordered was exactly as it should have been. The Barbacoa shrimp was delicious and the oysters are some of the freshest and best tasting we’ve had in Florida. Two of us ordered filet mignon medallions as a special and they were cooked perfectly. For dessert we had the bourbon butter cake with vanilla ice cream and it was the perfect end to a delicious meal. Overall it was an enjoyable experience and we will definitely go back again!More infoUlelePrice: Expensive• American• Tampa•4.8
- BBarryVIPChicago / Illinois •57 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoGuppy's has always been a go-to favorite of ours - and if possible, it has gotten even better. From the moment we arrived we were greeted and treated warmly but professionally - seated at our requested porch table on Valentine's Day, we knew the place would be busy, but service and quality was not impacted one bit. Great drinks, unfortunately still a poor wine list and prices that seem to have not been raised in memory - Guppy's has become a value dining spot - Angels on Horseback (oysters sweet and fresh - bacon just right - sauce perfect) - shrimp and grits with perfectly cooked shrimp and just enough heat to be interesting as the grits were creamy and tender - the black grouper was grilled again, perfectly - with a slice of key lime pie by a bay area baker that was perfection - a decaf espresso and a fine evening of dining, service and ambiance topped a great Valentine's Day. A shout out to David S for excellent, attentive service throughout the evening - a helpful suggestion to management - relieve the servers of some of the busing dishes to allow more customer interaction - you need another bus boy.More infoGuppy'sPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Indian Rocks Beach•4.8
- AArmandoTampa / Central Florida West •11 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoThe service and food was excellent. We started with the Cauliflower sharable and the flavor was amazing. The cocktails were outstanding and they have a full service bar with real liquor and not the "well" drinks so many tourist focused restaurants have for our visitors. The steak and chicken entrees were similarly very well prepared and savory. The restaurant was packed with large groups celebrating as well as couples having their date night. The background music was contemporary and not too loud, which allowed for conversation, but it also was a good fit for the positive fun energy of the surroundings. We were there to celebrate a birthday and we couldn't have picked a better restaurant.More infoThe LibraryPrice: Expensive• American• St. Petersburg•4.6
- DDavidChicago / Illinois •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoThe E & E Stakeout Grill was by far our best meal in Belleaire. I had the sea bass and it was prepared perfectly. My husband order the grouper which was incredible. The mashed potatoes were the best that I have ever tasted. The rice and vegetables were a second runner up. You can’t go wrong with this restaurant. The only issue I had was the noise level a bit loud due to alcohol consumption by some of the customers.More infoE&E Stakeout GrillPrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• Bellair Bluffs•4.8
