- LLoriCentral Kentucky •7 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThe food was delicious. Mussels and chilled shrimp were so fresh. Husband loved the salmon and literally ate every bite. I had the grouper cheeks with shrimp over risotto. The sauce was amazing and portion larger than expected. My old fashion was made perfectly, and Sam Adam's was available draft. The service really made the night. Waitress was prompt with everything, super friendly- you just know when someone is seasoned in their job. Her recommended dessert was ordered to go & we enjoyed it later that same evening while snug on the couch. Noise level raised a bit here and there but not at all bothersome, especially for a busy Saturday night. Ambiance works for a small group or romantic dinner for 2.More infoRiver House Restaurant & Raw BarPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Downtown Louisville•4.7
- TTrenaIndiana •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoAn amazing experience indeed! Service was fantastic as the waitress provided the history of the restaurant and had suggestions for cocktails, appetizers and the main course. My husband had the 14 inch ribeye and I had the flight which included choice, prime, and wagyu cuts. Sides were crispy loaded baked potato and collard greens. It was the quickest open kitchen I have ever seen. We made sure to tell the manager on duty how much we enjoyed the experience. We will be going back for our Anniversary in May!More infoLe MooPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Highlands - Bardstown Rd / Taylorsville Rd•4.6
- JJosephCentral Kentucky •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoMy wife and I enjoyed Valentine's Day dinner at The Village Anchor and were seated in the covered patio area below. The food was great but a little pricey. French Onion Soup could have been hotter and we found a lack of saltiness to everything but not terrible. The wine was reasonable and they didn't try to upsell. The dessert was huge - really enjoyed that. Friendly staff top to bottom. I had trouble finding reservations for V-Day and this place was busy but not packed at all. The lighting in the covered porch area did not at all reflect a fine dining experience, though - which killed a bit of the ambiance despite the cute Valentine's decor. Overall a good experience and we'll return if I have an extra $200 but for that kind of money I know we could do better. I look forward to brunch as their menu promises a variety of great looking option.More infoThe Village AnchorPrice: Moderate• American• Anchorage•4.6
- JJordanCincinnati / Dayton •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoGreat meal. A little pricey and odd that there was a service charge on top of an included 20% gratuity. Weirdly long gap between the dinner course and dessert, when the desserts all seemed to be pre prepared anyways. This was a special menu on Valentine's Day ymmv.More infoBrasserie ProvencePrice: Expensive• French• Middletown•4.7
- KKevinNorthwest Florida •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoValentine dinner was a great experience. The staff was very kind and attentive to us. The food was delicious and the drinks were also great. She had the fried chicken with skillet potatoes and gritz and I had the NY strip and asparagus. We would recommend and will be returning.More infoBristol Bar & Grille - EastPrice: Moderate• American• East Louisville•4.5
