Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in Belmont Central / Cragin

We had an amazing dinner at Gibsons Italia for our 1st time to Chicago. Our server was Connor and he and the team did a great job w timing of food and never waiting for a drink. Restaurant was packed on this Saturday evening so volume of restaurant was high. Tables are pretty close together which adds to the quaintness but also creates it's own issues. Perhaps some softer materials hanging from ceiling to help dampen the sound a little would be creative and helpful. Good was served perfectly and tasted amazing. Highly recommend Gibsons.

Great service and ambiance. Took my sister here for her birthday dinner last night. I got an email earlier this week asking for the name of the person we were celebrating and what milestone birthday it was, which I appreciated and happily provided. Although the gesture was greatly appreciated, they didn’t provide anything specific so unsure what that info was needed for. Anyhow, upon arrival, our server acknowledged we were there for a special occasion which added a nice personalized touch. One minor thing is that we wished our food didn’t come out SO quickly lol but overall everything was fantastic. Service was great and we noticed how happy the staff all seemed to be working there. Will certainly be back!

I cannot count the number of visits we've had to The Girl and the Goat, but it continues to be a favorite for both personal and professional dining. I brought three colleagues, who have never been, to the restaurant for dinner. One diner is vegetarian, but there are menu offerings and options available to provide them with enough to eat. All three were quite impressed with the food. My only complaint would be our table was right next to the kitchen, which can be loud. However, we made due, and had an enjoyable meal. Service is always very good, and the cocktails are fun. If you're interested in dining, make sure you book way ahead, as there is almost no chance to get a table day of.

My second visit to Blue Door, and do not disappoint! Can’t wait to try upcoming newer menu items by Chef!
