We are a fusion of Colombian food with touches of American food. 2915 schoenersville Rd, PA. We are only 2 minutes from Lehigh Valley Hospital, 5 minutes from the International Airport, all the way down 22, over the Schoenersville Road Bridge. Our chef, together with us, came up with a menu with a unique concept but without leaving our roots behind. Our star dish is the bandeja paisa, but we want to give recognition to all our typical dishes so that they can reach your palate and delight you.We have a tour of 5 restaurants between the New Jersey and Pennsylvania areas. Our atmosphere is family-friendly, fresh, full of smiles, good food and great music. We are waiting for you so that you can have a pleasant time with an exquisite meal.

Always a lovely time at Founding Farmers. We had our annual post Christmas dinner and had a wonderful experience partly in thanks to Brittney, as well as managers Troy & Matt. The staff here is always so friendly and accommodating. We loved the white pizza, as well as the shaved pastrami melt- the fries were so fresh and delicious. We will be back!

Went for the Sunday brunch with kids. The view and the ambiance cannot be beat. Food was fantastic and the brunch dessert bar was incredible. Well worth the trip. However, we had an 11:30 reservation and the coat check/ concierge guy kept telling us the restaurant wasn’t ready for us yet. After 20 minutes I finally walked down to the bottom of the steps where the restaurant was and the hostess said they had been waiting for us. This was seriously annoying as we had 3 kids and a full agenda for the afternoon. Once we were seated the experience was great. The restaurant should have better communication between its staff. In hindsight, I don’t think the coat check guy even spoke to the restaurant.

We typically go to the busy, crowded brunch places in Philly. However, we wanted to try a location with excellent food and the ability to talk w/o screaming. 1682 was perfect—a great holiday ambiance with excellent eggs benedict (we had salmon and roasted pork) and many other choices like pumpkin spice oatmeal that I'll come back for.

Every single course was unique and delicious! Recommendation by our server ,Sean, on how to order was spot on. He also suggested the winter Negroni drink and it was fantastic! We started with the salted beets and the hiromasa crudo both were fresh and light. We had the skate cheeks, the texture of the fish was flaky and had a bit of crunch on top. The ricotta dumplings had my mouth watering from the smell as I broke open the first dumpling. It had the perfect amount of heat and a slight smokiness that was so freaking good you want to lick the bowl. Hubby ordered the veal osso buco and raved about it. I had the orata and it was flaky and delicious. Most places that excel at the main food are not so terrific with desserts but at Bastia both the panna cota and the basque cheesecake had unique flavors that were a perfect ending. Service was incredible and allowed us to have conversation but never missed a beat on clearing and presenting the next course. We’ve been to a lot of really good restaurants but Bastia is top 3 of them all. There are a lot of excellent restaurants in Philadelphia and we will choose to return to Bastia.
