Best Neighbourhood Gem Restaurants in Treasure Island Hotel & Casino

Mercato Della Pesheria in the Venetian Hotel in Vegas was excellent! Our waiter was very helpful when choosing between 2 wines. My wife and I started with a meatball appetizer which contained 3 meatballs in a very good red sauce with pieces of garlic toast. I had a Caprese salad which was unique in its appearance, but was very good. It had yellow, green and red tomato wedges and balls of mozzarella. My wife ordered the Pappardelle which was excellent! I ordered the Chicken Parmesan which had a unique presentation as the cheese and sauce come to the table and is placed on the chicken. One of the best chicken parm’s I have ever had! I highly recommend this restaurant!

An excellent experience from beginning to end. The service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. The house-made sourdough bread was the best bread service any of our party could recall having at any restaurant (definitely indulge in the accompaniments), and the fresh made pasta was perfect. It's no wonder reservations fill up fast!

Valentine’s Day was early this year and my life was way too hectic. I had to DoorDash my wife’s gifts to the restaurant! They held on to the gifts for hours, kept it a secret when we entered, helped me unpack the gifts when my wife went to the restroom and provided a pen to sign the card. They brought a card out that read “happy Valentine’s Day, I love you”. 🤗 the food is ALWAYS top tier!! The service is as good as the food!

My colleague and I had breakfast here on our last day in town before going home. He had heard lovely things from other attendees at the conference we were at, and since we already had dinner plans on Wednesday night, we decided to eat here for breakfast. I’m glad we made a reservation, because by the time we left the place was packed. Our waitress was fantastic, she even brought me a glass of ice so I could drink my Diet Coke. (Only Pepsi at this resort). I had one of the crêpes of the day, bananas, foster, drizzled with Nutella. And my colleague also had crêpes of the day, but he selected raspberry and lemon curd.  it is a sizable plate of food, I was amazed that my colleague finished his, I could only get halfway. We also both had a coffee drink, I requested a vanilla latte and he had regular coffee, both were outstanding. And our waitress was the absolute best! If you are in Las Vegas and need a breakfast place, this is absolutely five stars.

This was our first time at the Golden Steer. There were six in our party and we all had a great time. From the greeting from the hostess to our wait staff, we were greeted with smile and a no problem attitude. The table side Caesar salad was absolutely delicous and my filet mignon was cooked to perfection. And I cannot rave enough on how delicous the special mac and cheese was and I am not a fan of mac and cheese but this changed my mind. The kahlua creme brulee was the best way to end our meal. I highly recommend the Golden Steer for food and service. April
