Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside. Flint Creek's menu is an ever rotating selection of modern American cuisine. The items on it frequently change based on the seasonality of the ingredients, ensuring new items are introduced as others leave. Spectacular meal with incredible service. I was a bit disappointed by the dessert selection, but I'm a pastry chef with high standards and an Italian background. Very beautiful environment and the staff treated us well at every interaction. Will absolutely return here.

Everything the four of us ordered was beautiful and delicious! I had steak tartare, which is hard to find in this town, and was the perfect combination of egg, arugula pesto, and mustard, served with lovely, toasted baguette slices. My partner had miso cod with asparagus -- my, oh my! He let me have a bite, and it was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Don't get me started on the desserts. We shared bread pudding and cheesecake -- both lovely. The bartender made me a lovely Perfect Manhattan. Only disappointment was that there weren't as many beers on tap as usual, but what they had was satisfying. Love this place and the wonderful staff!

The grits and mushroom small plate was outstanding. The ribeye steak is always the best choice. Wild boar gnocchi was also impressive

The Chilean Seabass and hamachi crudo are 10/10 , the cocktails are great, and service is always excellent. The desserts are the only thing that could use some work- I have tried them all and they are in the 5/6 out of 10 range for me.
