There are some wonderful restaurants in the area, but none that offer authentic food from the southern continent. We made it our mission to create a menu that not only introduces this cuisine to the locals but give the South American population in the area a taste of home. We made sure to use authentic and fresh ingredients, sometimes with a little artistic license, and create dishes not from one country but many.
