Best Contemporary German Restaurants in Moritzburg

It was an amazing experience food-wise. I loved the atmosphere and the food was really exciting and new. Some combinations felt very Japanese inspired while the resulting taste was very German. The bread was spectacularly good. I had a wine pairing with the menu and was beyond impressed with the choices—especially loved the foray into Czech wine. I do wish that there was some small explanation of the dishes on the menu (it seems to only list main ingredients) but perhaps they want to encourage a dialogue with the service staff, which was outstanding and very helpful. One small negative note: not all plates were optimally salted. This did not impact my overall enjoyment of the meal.

Without hesitation, VEN is definitely the best restaurant we’ve experienced in Dresden. This past visit, we had to go back twice to ensure we were able to maximize on the experience. The food was perfection—highest quality; every bite a treat of exquisite and artistic chef mastery. Bottom line, the food was amazing; the ambience was soothing; and the service was impeccable—as Susan treated us as royalty every visit! Great modern food in an excellent atmosphere. Ambient lighting, interesting menus with tasty food and a reasonable serving made it an enjoyable experience. Great drinks too. German menu with a QR code english menu option - waiters easily spoke English though were amenable to our broken German too!

The food was very tasty, looked very nicely and professionally served. We have also tried complete deserts menu and shared the experience together. Everybody of us could find the desert which was the best choice for him self. The atmosphere in restaurant was pleasant. The decoration and seating arrangement were nice.
