We could have easily stopped there but we had already ordered the crispy rainbow trout. I enjoyed the preparation of the fish although I rarely order this type of fish. As always our sweet tooth needed a finale and the pot de creme fulfilled that ending! Incredibly lovely & rich in horse country history. Our server Paul was fantastic with personality & knowledge of the restaurant. What can you say tabout the food at RC. Never disappoints. My brother & sister in laws are planning to visit after our high praise & they live about four hours away. I will say this this is the best time to be here in the off season.
