Best Kid Friendly Restaurants in Wakefield

Excellent food and experience. Honestly, the fresh pasta and marinara was basically heaven all by itself. The only meh item was the fried cheese app, which came luke warmish, as though it had been sitting under a heat lamp. Would not order again. Would reorder everything else: house salad, chicken something or other with olives, anchovies, artichokes, asparagus, and sun dried tomatoes; came with a house salad. Nommy bread, good wine list, perfectly reasonable prices, esp considering portions.

This was my first time going to Sam's Kitchen. I have heard good things about Sam's so I wanted to try it and I am glad I did. The restaurant is a small, quaint, elegant place with friendly waitstaff. From the beginning, the menu options sounded delicious. Along with the regular menu, they had a special: app, main course, dessert, and a glass of wine for $35! I decided on that to get a taste of a few things and it was fabulous. I had the seafood stew to start. It was delicious, I would have eaten a couple of bowls of that and would have been happy. The seafood was plentiful, fresh, and perfectly cooked. Next I had the Chicken Piccata with linguine. The pasta is homemade so right there it is already delicious. The seasoning was even so you could taste all of the fresh ingredients. Next was a chocolate chip cannoli. What more can I say? This will now be my new favorite Italian restaurant and it will be yours too.

Pizza was fantastic, we split a sausage and pepperoni and the firecracker chicken, both were excellent! Very busy place so requires a little patience on getting the pizza but well worth the wait!

Food was delicious and served very hot. Friendly service.

The front end manager handling reservations on a busy Friday night was so nice and accommodating. He even brought my jacket over to the table that I left at the bar. Service was a bit slow but understandable as it was busy. The food was good, such large servings! Next time, I’ve got to try the Regina pizza!
