Absolutely sensational! This restaurant delivers an unforgettable dining experience. The creativity in the food was out of this world, with each dish crafted like a work of art and bursting with flavor. The staff were equally impressive—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, making us feel completely at home. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. Tasty food, some French and some molecular cuisine techniques and a great display of Australian produce, including finger limes, local Wagyu beef, kangaroo and green ants, as well as a lovely cheese display cabinet....amazing flowers goat cheeses that rival the French ones' would have been nice to include Holy Goat. Wasn't a fan of the Chinese caviar (Russian or Iranian are much better...but wars in both regions may limit the supply), but in the absence of good quality one, it would have been nice to find an alternative ingredient. The first dish was certainly one of the stars as well as the kangaroo. Definitely full after 13 dishes!.... Very nice to invite guests into the kitchen to participate and chat to one of the 15 chefs and see the magic from up close! Overall, a great experience to be repeated.

Great family dining experience, very friendly and attentive service (thank you, Kim!), short wait time for very tasty food. Menu has something for everyone. Will definitely go again!

Quick service, friendly staff. Not noisy, meals well prepared with generous servings. Quite good value for money. Limited drinks menu and wine options limited and relatively expensive. We will be back to try other dishes on the extensive menu
