- HHeathervipToronto / Ontario •29 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoI can’t say we had one issue. We loved everything we ordered. The ceasar salad was excellent too. The brisket had such a distinct flavour and was so tender. The pork belly burnt ends were saucy and apple flavoured goodness. They have an unbelievable bourbon list. We loved sitting up at the bar. Wouldn’t sit anywhere else. CheersMore infoThe Carbon BarPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Financial District•4.7
