Elvis immediately acknowledged that we were vegetarians and had accommodations made for even the fixed Valentine’s Day menu. We truly appreciate it. And not to forget, but the food was incredible. I would go back and eat an entire bowl of the beet salataMore infoZaytinya - DCPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Penn Quarter•4.7

Waiter forgot to put in our appetizer, tables all around we’re having the same issues— maybe they were short staffedMore infoLincoln - DCPrice: Moderate• American• McPherson Square•4.2

- RRonitVIPMiami - Dade •18 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe dined at The Smith in DC twice for dinner and enjoyed it so much that we returned for lunch the next day! The food was delicious and fresh, with a menu that perfectly suits an American-style restaurant. The staff was very accommodating, and the pricing was moderately valued. We were very satisfied with every visit. Staying at the hotel across the street made it even more convenient. I only wish I had taken food photos to capture how great everything looked! We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in DC from Miami!More infoThe Smith – Penn Quarter, Washington, D.CPrice: Expensive• American• Penn Quarter•4.6
- SstewartWashington, D.C. Area •2 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoThey have had since 1856 to perfect the art of service. They have not wasted a bit of that time. We had a server and he was fantastic. With that, the entire brigade worked as a fantastic machine and supported the goal of quick and perfect service for the guest. I have never had apps arrive so quickly at a restaurant before. I even threw another order in while ordering our main course and it was on the table 2 minutes later. The quality of the food is top notch as well. The roast beef sandwich had a bit of bite on it that was unexpected but definitely not unappreciated. As I was dinning with my 13 year old son tonight, I also appreciated the non alcoholic options on the drink menu. It was great to have a delicious option that wasn't a soda. Overall, this is a MUST for any visit to DC.More infoOld Ebbitt GrillPrice: Moderate• American• Downtown•4.8
