Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in London

My wife and I went for a Valentine’s dinner. We enjoyed the environment and the food was excellent, as each of us had the top sirloin steak. The beet salad was an arugula salad with yellow beets and goat cheese, which was excellent however I was expecting beets, not a leafy salad. The atmosphere was warm, yet several times it went from loud to oddly everyone getting quiet at the same time. This occurred during song changes in the music. Perhaps a mix in the music wouldn’t leave awkward quiet moments. The bench seating was comfortable but too close to the couple beside us as when they arrived, they listened to our conversation and we couldn’t help but hear theirs too. The cheesecake for dessert was memorable as we rarely splurge on dessert. Overall it was an enjoyable evening together.

We both had the set menu Valentine's special. Every course was exceptional other than my husband's oyster Appy the oysters were very small. My crab cake was the best I have ever had. Our mains..steak, potatoes and veggie were cooked perfectly..rare as requested. The desert..sticky toffee pudding with ice cream and berries was just the right size to end a substantial meal. It was delicious as well. Service was very good. No complaints. Fairly expensive but worth every dollar!

The food never disappoints, never. This has to be one of my Absolute favourite places to dine. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable with the menu and appropriate pairings. We had Cody as our server is was appropriately present and made suggestions that satisfied our palate. Strongly recommend dining here

Great food. It was dead at noon. Gnocchi was excelent.

It was very good , had a great time every onewho worked there was really nice. But the bar staff really needs to LEARN HOW TO MAKE A BABY GUINESS. becauae its supposed to look like a Baby Guinness.
