- DDeniseNew Orleans / Louisiana •1 review5.0Dined todayThis was a spectacular dining experience during which we celebrated our friends' anniversary. The food was amazing, and the service outstanding. We had a reservation and although the restaurant was packed, we were seated promptly upon our arrival.More infoGW FinsPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• French Quarter•4.9
- MMichaelvipHouston •96 reviews4.0Dined todayWhenever we visit New Orleans we try to have at least one dinner at the Chophouse. Our food was excellent last night except for the Carpaccio which was served differently than we were expecting; it was almost frozen. Our server Joseph C was not engaged at all; he had no personality and he was not the least bit attentive. I reflected our dissatisfaction with him by the tip that I left. We told the hostess on the way out that we were not pleased with our server. The busy boys were far more pleasant than our server.More infoChophouse New Orleans – Prime SteaksPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Central Business District•4.7
- RRonaldovipCaribbean •14 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe joined 2 locals for dinner last night. It was our first time to eat there. We ‘re visiting from Austin, Texas, and all I can say is that Cafe Degas is one more reason to come back to New Orleans. The atmosphere is lovely, quirky and warm. Our server, Kenzie, was so friendly and welcoming, and she used to live in Austin, but the highlight was the food! The escargot was fantastic, the fried oysters were some of the best we’ve ever had, 3 of us couldn’t resist the swordfish special, which was divine, with perfectly cooked asparagus and haricot vert, but our friend ordered the lamb lollipops, which she said were exquisite. We feel badly that we closed the place, but the staff was so kind when we left. It was a perfect evening. We’ll have to eat here every time we visit the City. Our girlfriend who introduced us to this restaurant said she has such fond memories of Cafe Degas because she and her grandmother ate here often. It was a favorite of her grandmother. Now it’s a favorite of ours.More infoCafe DegasPrice: Expensive• French• Mid-City / City Park•4.7

It is in the Brennan owned family restaurants which are the epitome of New Orleans cuisine.More infoRed Fish GrillPrice: Moderate• Seafood• French Quarter•4.5
