At Bivio our passion is authentic Neapolitan pizza. Napoli... our love of the city, its cuisine, and in particular, its pizza is where our story began. We heard time and time again “It’s all about the dough.” True to Neapolitan tradition, and the passion of the pizzaioli, we construct our pizza using “00” flour from Naples, San Marzano DOP tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, fior di latte or bufala mozzarella, and sea salt. Our dough is gently mixed using a 28 year old “lieveto madre” (natural yeast culture) then with intense heat is baked in our wood burning il forno. This was our second visit. First one great but this one way greater. Manny very professional and knowledgeable. Gave amazing recommendation and all were spot on. Definitely will be returning. This place is very good for any type of occasion, even to impress someone because of how great the food is and even better the service.

For a hotel restaurant it’s bumping but the food was subpar I asked for medium rare steak and I got well done and the sauce on top was so citrusy it ruined the steak for me , didn’t pay attention to booming didn’t realize it was a hotel resturant but it was cute .. under staffed waiter had about 15 tables all by himself but he did a good job I most likely won’t return but thank you
