- JJohnEast Tennessee •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoThis was our first time at The Marlowe and we really enjoyed it! We are frequently looking for new places in downtown Knoxville for special events - Valentine’s Day in this case. The food, ambiance, and prices were great for this occasion! I had the roasted duck and my wife had the lamb chops as our meals. And we had fried oysters with caviar, and crab bisque as appetizers! They were all tasty, delicious and good portions. We liked the high table seating in the bar area, but the regular seating area looked as comfortable. Service was friendly and professional. All high-end dining without breaking the bank! We will be back and will highly recommend The Marlowe to our friends.More infoThe MarlowePrice: Expensive• Continental• Knoxville•4.9
- CColinEast Tennessee •64 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoOne of the best places in the Knoxville to go for a special occasion. Plan ahead as days like Valentines day can be really booked up and busy. The only available reservation we could get was at 3:45 PM (not a problem for us as we like to eat early). The place was packed, but the staff was still at the top of their game and everything ran efficiently. Food was wonderful as usual. Still one of our favorites.More infoCopper Cellar (West)Price: Moderate• American• Knoxville•4.7
- KKelseyEast Tennessee •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoMy husband and I went to dinner at Chophouse for our Valentine’s Day outing a day earlier. It was phenomenal. The ambiance, the food, the service, everything was incredible. I ordered the Valentine’s Day special, filet and lobster tail. I was, unfortunately, unable to eat the filet as it was well well well done when I had ordered it medium. I wasn’t going to say anything because we aren’t the type of people to complain. My husband did say that the steak was inedible at the temperature it was cooked at because he felt bad that I couldn’t eat my meal. The server immediately told her management and they insisted on making it right. I was fully intending to pay for my entire meal. The manager took the price of the steak off and gave us a complimentary dessert, which was very generous and not expected in the slightest. After eating one of the best lobsters I’ve had in my life, I wasn’t hungry anyway. Nonetheless, I appreciated all of them for working with us and doing everything they did. It was phenomenal. We will 100% tell friends and family to join us at Chophouse. Thank you all for your hard work and exceptional customer service.More infoThe Chop House - W. - TTimLas Vegas •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoWent the night before Valentines to avoid the bigger crowd. My reservation was for "outside " so I was concerned about the weather. The outdoor venue was enclosed and set up nicely with patio heaters and fire pits. The atmosphere was very nice and temps comfortable. Our server Jack was very attentive and a bit entertaining throughout. At the end of our meal we discovered that Jack had musical talents as well as he shared a few notes with us! We had a fantastic dinner.More infoDancing Bear Appalachian BistroPrice: Very Expensive• American• Knoxville•4.9
