Best Healthy Restaurants in Gahanna

Dined here on Valentine’s Day. As expected, Texas de Brazil was hopping with celebratory holiday diners. Overall, our dining experience was outstanding, for it was our first time visiting. From the well-stocked salad bar to the variety of meat offerings all were delightful! Our server/attendant, Marcus, was personable and engaging. Texas de Brazil will be a place that I will visit to celebrate special occasions. The bacon-wrapped filet mignon is to die for.

Food was amazing! The butternut squash soup was incredible and the chicken Parmesan was so delicious I practically licked my plate clean. Service was perfect and the overall dining experience was top notch. I thought the overall value for this Valentines Day dinner was surprisingly reasonable. I will definitely be dining at True Food again! Thanks so much!

Mitchell’s Ocean Club has always been a favorite for a fun evening at their bar. However, we decided to get a table for Valentine’s Day for a more intimate experience. We couldn’t have had a better time. We were warmly greeted by the hosts and then the greetings just kept coming. The young man serving water was equally as friendly and enthusiastic as the managers. You could sense that each staff member took great pride in their positions. Eric and Hannah were in good form as always, efficiently and managing their teams during a busy holiday evening. Always with a smile and positive attitude. Our server, Justin, was completely invested in our experience. His timing and awareness of our needs was impressive. He knew when to come check on us and when to give space. Not easy on a busy night. His suggestions were spot on so we tried things we might not have normally tried. The bread is scratch made and served hot. Not many restaurants even offer bread anymore. I ordered the 10oz lobster tail which was melt in your mouth delicious with perfectly cooked asparagus. My girlfriend enjoyed every bite of the Japanese A5 Wagyu strip steak. In addition we always share an order of our favorite, the goat cheese ravioli. It’s so easy to stay home and order in these days, but if you’re going to make the effort to go out to dinner, a first class experience, like Mitchell’s Ocean Club, makes it well worth your while. Our dinner was delicious! We both chose the filet and shrimp. Everything was cooked perfectly. My sister's dessert was a flourless chocolate cake that was incredibly rich. I ordered the banana chia seed pudding, which was flavorful. The service was flawless!

Our experience was exceptional. Our server, John, was both pleasant and highly knowledgeable about the evening’s specials. While the prime rib was a bit grainy, John promptly addressed the issue and replaced it with a higher-quality steak, ensuring a wonderful dining experience. We highly recommend Hudson29, New Albany!
