- JJoeVIPTampa / Central Florida West •22 reviews5.0Dined todaySteve and his team have done it again! Just across the street from the Black Whale, Candela Cucina has arrived, bringing an upscale Italian dining experience to the neighborhood. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by a beautifully designed space, warm and welcoming staff, and an inviting ambience that makes you want to settle in for a long, leisurely meal. The menu does not disappoint—starting with the standout meatball appetizer served over creamy polenta, an absolute must-try. Candela Cucina is a charming addition to the area, and you truly have to experience it for yourself! News flash: we enjoyed the Portofino salad, which was delicious and Brittany, our server, was outstanding, what a nice way to enjoy an afternoon in a beautiful setting!More infoCandela CucinaPrice: Expensive• Contemporary Italian• New Bedford•4.6

- EEllenGreater Boston •1 review4.0Dined 5 days agoWe picked this place out of the blue. We came from RI and met family from NY that were staying in Dartmouth for the weekend. Food was excellent, service was great too. The bar area is kind of open to the dining area and when it was busy, it was loud. We were there at 7 and about 8:15 is when the bar area noise was at a normal level. Highly recommend and would go back again. It was worth the drive from RI.More infoMerrill's on the WaterfrontPrice: Moderate• Seafood• New Bedford•4.4

- MMegGreater Boston •22 reviews4.0Dined on 4 Jan 2025Service was stellar! Our waitress was very attentive. Food was also very tasty- the new fried Brussels sprouts were very good. Only issue was the kitchen must have forgotten to fire our kid’s chicken tenders. She munched on her fruit and fries and legit the tenders came out last. It happens- she still ended up eating them all.More infoMoby Dick Brewing Co.Price: Moderate• Pub• New Bedford•4.4
