Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Smithfield

As always another great experience. What amazes me about the Capital Grill is the consistency of their food and service. I’ve been to multiple locations across the country and they are the same - Great!

Had a great meal here! Smelled delicious the moment we stepped in the door. We shared the Invernale salad (greens and beets! mmm!). We both had the Pork Roast meal and it was awesome! Tender, tasty pork and creamy polenta with Swiss Chard for the greens. Friendly waitstaff and a nice environment overall. Short walk to PPAC for a show after dinner.

Food was amazing especially our crab cake appetizer. The service was superb. We felt like celebrities. Highly recommend Flemings for a special night of dining.

Our bartender, JR, was OUTSTANDING. He's made for bigger and better things than tending bar, but he seems to be very happy doing what he's doing, so we hope he's around for a while. He managed a full bar of at least 15 guests, perhaps more than 20, plus the restaurant diners' needs, and did it with a big smile, very friendly manner, and didn't miss a beat in our service. Seemed like at any given time he was doing two or three things at once — chatting with customers, taking orders, clearing, serving, making drinks, washing glasses and shakers, boxing up take-home, etc. But he did it all with a smile and super positive attitude. Bar'Lino really should have two bartenders working a bar that large, but at least the one they have was more than capable of handling it. Outside of the great service, we enjoyed our meals — really like the Bar Bites menu, especially the meatball sliders and pizzette. Paired with a salad, it was the perfect dinner for me.
