Heritage is family owned and operated by Chef Philip Pretty and sister Lauren Pretty. Our lively indoor dining room was built in 1922 as a craftsman house. Walk inside to an open kitchen, request bar seating to watch us cook over a live fire Santa Maria grill. Located in the Rose Park neighborhood of Long Beach on the corner of 7th & Saint Louis Ave. Heritage Restaurant uses sustainable meat & seafood, and Farmers Market produce.     Service was top notch. Our waiter Vincenzo was very attentive and knowledgeable about the entire menu. Our cocktails arrived quickly and were made to perfection. Entrees were sensational with the favorite being the veal in a mushroom sauce. After enjoying our meals we shared a magnificent and perfect in every way grand marnier soufflé. A gift from the gods. So perfect. Was great to see Bruno as he made the rounds visiting each guest. On the whole a delightful , memorable dining experience.
