The many people who took part in serving us were all great hosts: the food was clearly described as it arrived and questions were answered with an interested attitude. The Victor has a relaxed elegance. Table service was attentive, knowledgeable without feeling over serviced. Set menu for circus soleil show had good choices and so scrumptious.
