This was our first experience at Eddie V's and it did not disappoint. We were celebrating a milestone birthday, and the restaurant rose to the occasion! The cocktails, food and wine were all delicious, as was the lovely dessert. What a delicious way to celebrate! The restaurant even let us borrow an umbrella and called to say a guest had forgotten her purse. Well done, Eddie V's!

I'm a frequent diner of Chima, both in Ft. Lauderdale and Tysons Corner. The service last evening at Chima was outstanding. The server, Andrew ("Drew"), was attentive, and the gauchos constantly came to the table and remembered the preferences of each guest. Impressive and hard-working team. Unfortunately, the food at Tysons Corner was not the same quality as that in Ft. Lauderdale a couple of weeks ago. The ribs were very fat and tough. The other meats were ok, but not the standard or quality to which we are accustomed. Also, the grilled pineapple was hard, as if it were not ripe. However, later in the evening, more pineapple came out, and it was more appropriate in taste. Chima is the best Brazilian Steakhouse - bar none. I hope they can fix the meat quality or quality control at Tyson's Corner.
