It was our first time coming here, the hostess staff greeted us and were friendly, we were seated promptly, the bar and dining room looked very nice, we had a large booth in the back dining room, our server answered all our questions and was wonderful, our food was great, we will go back again.

As frequent diners with a penchant for excellence, my partner, Dr. Williams, and I have had the privilege of experiencing countless fine dining establishments. However, nothing has quite compared to the unforgettable experience we had at JING. This exceptional restaurant goes far beyond providing delicious food; it offers an immersive, detail-oriented dining experience where every staff member’s dedication to their craft shines through. From the moment we entered, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism, an ambiance of care that permeates the entire dining experience. Our server, Madison, exuded the perfect balance of attentiveness and approachability, guiding us through the menu with an expertise that highlighted her deep knowledge of the dishes and wine pairings. Her recommendations were spot on, and the seamless manner in which she anticipated our needs made us feel not just like guests, but as if we were being personally taken care of by someone who genuinely cares about our enjoyment. Equally impressive were the restaurant’s managers, Alex and Ryan. Their hands-on approach to service is something you rarely encounter. Alex, with his infectious enthusiasm, went out of his way to engage with us, ensuring that every aspect of our evening was flawless. Ryan demonstrated a calm yet vigilant presence. Their dedication wasn’t just a reflection of their roles; it felt deeply personal. Our experience was made by both the hostess stand greeting us and taking us to our table right when we arrived, along with all other service throughout the night! Everyone was friendly and kind, making it a great Valentine’s Day experience. Our server, Jonathan, greeted us right away and had great timing on delivery of all our corses. Both of our steaks were under, and the risotto was cold, but Jonathan did a great job helping us feel validated and correcting both errors quickly. He had the manager, Sean, deliver them to us once they were done, and he waited to make sure we were happy with the temp, which we were. Jonathan, Sean, and the hostess team really shined for us!

We had a wonderful Valentines Day dinner at T-Bones. The atmosphere and music was perfect for a romantic dinner. The service was impeccable and the food delicious! Lovedthe extra special touches of the night, especially the rose at the end! Wish we lived closer to be able to come back more often.

We had reservations on Valentine’s night and everything was exceptional! The food was wonderful, service was great, timing of courses was perfect and the ambiance was romantic. The only critique we have is the host greeter was not very welcoming or attentive. He barely acknowledged us and walked WAY ahead of us as we followed to our table. No eye contact at all when he hastily seated us. Other than that, everything was great. Can’t wait to return! Thank you!
