- PpaulSeattle / Eastern Washington •26 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoContender for Seattle's best Italian food. Infatuation has reviewed as more life-affirming than a night at the symphony, and it was a satisfied feeling leaving the restaurant. Service was very efficient, and it seems like a good sign when a server has been there for 4 years. The tajarin was delicate and flavor nice, although no visible or real flavor of the sage, but $33 could reasonably be $23. Rapini was nice and cavatelli was homemade and nice with broccoli as a vegetarian subsitute for rabbit. Choclate tart with hazelnut and cherry was a beautiful sight and worth returning for (and not over-priced). A good spot for anniversary.More infoSpinassePrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Capitol Hill / First Hill•4.8

- JJoshuaDenver / Colorado •1 review5.0Dined on 1 Mar 2025It was my first time going to the restaurant. My friends and I really enjoyed the food. I had the smoked salmon Benedict, which was really yummy. The eggs were poached perfectly, and the salmon and hollandaise were great. My only comment on that dish would be that the potatoes were kind of boring and seemed barely even seasoned. I also got the ham and cheese crepe to take home. I thought it was really tasty, not dry. Overall pretty good. I did think the diced, little cubes of ham was an odd choice for cutting the meet, but the flavor was the there. Also found out this place does cabaret shows. TL;DR: I will be coming back for additional brunches, and now I really want to do dinner and a show here too.More infoThe Dressing Room: Bistro and Bar by Can CanPrice: Moderate• French American• Belltown / Pike Place Market•4.5
