Great food and service. The entire staff were very attentive and the food as always was fantastic. My wife especially liked the pork chop and sweet potatoes. Our waiter Penelope was outstanding and made us feel at home. Great job Embers team!

This was an anniversary dinner, my first visit. My wife had been previously but it had been a while ago. Our waiter Tre was excellent, very good sense of timing. We ordered a very nice Cabernet and started with the grilled romaine salad. It was exceptional, well prepared with a great dressing and generous bacon and Gorgonzola. I ordered a medley with a petite fillet, blackened shrimp, andouille sausage and garlic mashed potatoes. The fillet was slightly overcooked but still tender and flavorful. My wife had the salmon with fingerling potatoes and green beens. Again the salmon was slightly overcooked but still enjoyable. We finished with a generous portion of triple chocolate cake which was outstanding.

I was served the smallest oysters I have ever seen! Isn't there a size requirement for harvesting oysters? Have to guess these oysters were way too young!
